Working closely with the developer and architect team, I helped define the overall concept and product mix for this 70-unit residential development in Cape Town. The result was a differentiated proposition carefully tailored to align with current market trends and target consumer types. A 100-tree organic citrus orchard was introduced to the site’s central courtyard and the creation of verdant communal areas was prioritized to provide residents with what amounts to a secure oasis in the heart of the city. As well as project managing the creation of a visual identity, the website build, brochure production and signage via external agencies, I undertook the copywriting of all marketing collateral and pre-launch advertorials… such as this one:
